Honey is a consumable food product, so our refund and return policy works a little differently to a normal retail return. Here's exactly how it works, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Vishva Gold is the retail honey brand of Vishva Agro Solution Private Limited. Orders on this site are sold by Vishva Agro Solution Private Limited, so wherever this policy says "we", "us", or "our", that's who's meant.
Since there's no account or order dashboard on this site, cancellations are handled manually. Email or call us with your order number as soon as possible after placing it. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it, no charge either way since payment is on delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, though the refund and return process below still applies if there's a genuine problem with what arrives.
Once a jar has been opened, we can't accept a return or exchange on it, this is standard practice for any food product and is for hygiene and safety reasons.
If an unopened jar has a genuine quality issue, wrong product, fermentation, foreign matter, or anything that isn't right, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Email us photos of the jar and the issue along with your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
If your jar arrives broken, leaking, or damaged because of rough handling in transit, the same process applies: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged jar and its packaging, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Since payment is currently cash on delivery, there's no online payment for us to refund automatically. Where a refund is due, we'll arrange it directly with you, typically by bank transfer, once we've confirmed the issue from your photos.
Email info@vishvagold.in with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos. We'll get back to you and confirm the next step, replacement or refund, once we've looked at what you've sent.
If our response to your claim doesn't resolve things, you can escalate it to our grievance officer at info@vishvagold.in (mark the email "Grievance"), and we'll acknowledge it and aim to close it out within a reasonable timeframe.
