Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location. You'll get the courier's tracking details once your order ships.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, right now cash on delivery is the only payment option. You pay the delivery agent when your order arrives. Online payment is coming later.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Checkout is guest-only, add items to your cart, enter your delivery details, and place the order. No login required.
Is delivery charged per item?
No, it's a flat ₹100.00 per order, however many jars you buy.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we currently ship pan-India via courier partners.
Can I order in bulk for corporate gifting?
Yes, see our Corporate Pack on the shop page, or mention your requirement in the order notes at checkout.
About Our Honey
What's the difference between Natural Honey and Wild Forest Honey?
Natural Honey comes from bees near farmland foraging on a consistent set of flowers, so it's lighter and milder. Wild Forest Honey comes from forest hives foraging across many wild plants, giving it a darker colour, stronger flavour, and some natural variation from batch to batch.
Why did my honey turn cloudy and solid in the jar?
That's crystallization, a normal process for raw honey and not a sign of spoilage. Stand the jar in warm water for 15-20 minutes and stir to soften it again.
How should I store my honey?
Keep it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the lid closed. No need to refrigerate, the fridge just speeds up crystallization.
What's your return/refund policy?
Because honey is a consumable food product, we can't accept returns once a jar is opened. If a jar arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Full details are on our Refund & Return Policy page.
