Himalayan Forest Honey comes from bees foraging across many wild plants and trees in the forest, giving it a darker colour, stronger flavour, and some natural variation from batch to batch. Our mono-flora honeys (Ajwain, Lychee, Fennel, Jamun, Mustard, Eucalyptus) each come from bees foraging on one specific crop, so every jar carries the distinct character of that single flower.
That's crystallization, a normal process for raw honey and not a sign of spoilage. Stand the jar in warm water for 15-20 minutes and stir to soften it again.
Keep it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the lid closed. No need to refrigerate, the fridge just speeds up crystallization.
Because honey is a consumable food product, we can't accept returns once a jar is opened. If a jar arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Full details are on our Refund & Return Policy page.
