Where the ₹100 Delivery Charge Actually Goes

Where the ₹100 Delivery Charge Actually Goes

We add a flat ₹100 to every order regardless of size. Here's why we didn't just fold it into the product price.

A few people have asked why we charge delivery separately instead of just raising the product price and calling shipping "free." Fair question.

The honest answer is that courier pricing for a 100 ml jar and a 5-jar family pack isn't that different. Packaging and per-shipment courier costs don't scale down much just because the order is small. If we built delivery into the price of each jar, the 100 ml jar would look artificially expensive relative to what's actually in it, and the family pack would look artificially cheap.

So instead, the flat ₹100 is charged once per order, no matter how many jars you buy. Order the 100 ml jar on its own and delivery is a bigger share of what you pay. Order the family pack and it barely moves the total. That felt more honest than hiding it in the price.
