We sell seven honeys, and customers ask about the difference often enough that it's worth writing down properly.

"Himalayan Forest Honey" comes from hives in forest areas, where bees forage across dozens of different wild plants and trees rather than one dominant crop. That gives it a darker color, a stronger and sometimes slightly bitter edge, and more variation between batches depending on the season and what was flowering that year. It's our flagship, multi-flora honey.

Our six mono-flora honeys, Ajwain, Lychee, Fennel, Jamun, Mustard, and Eucalyptus, each come from bees foraging on one specific crop during its flowering season. Because the source is a single plant, the flavor is more distinct and consistent jar to jar than a forest blend, closer to how a single-origin coffee tastes different from a blend.

Neither style is more "pure" than the other, they're just different honeys with different flavor profiles. If you've never had a mono-flora honey, the 250 gm jar is a reasonable size to try one before committing to a bigger one.
